Well another Sunday comes and goes. Another Sunday where I am super lazy and do not do crap like usual. Yeah I got up and went to yoga. That was nice, but at the end of it all I was just lazy and stupid.

I am officially dead. Holy fucking shit, note to self, you need a minimum of 15 hours of rest between workouts. Well some days, it is nice getting it out-of-the-way now though.
